Kinzler Corporation is proud to welcome Christopher Adams as our new Safety Director. Chris brings years of experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for workplace safety. His leadership will support our continued focus on creating a culture of safety for all of our employee-owners.
Chris has over eleven years of experience in the commercial construction industry. During this time, he has led Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs that helped reduce risks and improve compliance. He is skilled at identifying problem areas and applying solutions that bring real, lasting improvements.
Over the years, Chris has worked with five companies and helped protect more than 2,900 employees. As a result, he has built a reputation as someone who leads with care, focus, and results. His ability to connect with teams and lead by example has helped build stronger safety cultures.
At Kinzler, Chris will guide the development and enforcement of our safety programs. He will also make sure we follow all federal, state, and local regulations. In addition, he will work closely with our team members to help create safer and more productive work sites.
Outside of work, Chris is a devoted husband and father. He takes pride in being reliable and supportive, both at home and in the community. In addition to his safety leadership, he also volunteers with Wreaths Across America, an organization that places wreaths on veterans’ graves each year.
When he’s not working or volunteering, Chris enjoys traveling with his family, exploring new places, and cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He is also passionate about technology and enjoys learning about the latest innovations.
