United Way Food Drive 2026

We’ve always believed  that being a great place to work means being a great member of the community. That’s why when the opportunity came to participate in the United Way of Story County 2026 Food Drive, our team didn’t hesitate to get involved.

Food Insecurity is Closer to Home Than We Think

It’s easy to assume that hunger is a distant problem, one that doesn’t touch the neighborhoods where we live and work, but the reality is that food insecurity affects families everywhere. Neighbors, coworkers, and community members are quietly facing difficult choices every day. Participating in a food donation drive like this one is one of the most tangible ways a team can make a real, local impact.

Why We Participated

Showing up for our community is just as important to us as showing up for work. We know that thriving businesses exist within thriving communities, and we take that responsibility seriously. Food drive donations go directly toward stocking local food pantries and getting meals to families who need them most and that’s something we’re proud to be a part of.

A Team Effort Worth Celebrating

None of this happens without people who care. A huge thank you goes out to every single person on our team who donated, your generosity made a real difference. We also want to extend our sincere gratitude to the organizers at United Way of Story County for coordinating this food donation drive and channeling community goodwill into meaningful action.

How you can Support Food Drive Donations

If you weren’t able to participate this time around, there are always ways to give back. Consider donating to your local food pantry, volunteering at a community food distribution event, or keeping an eye out for the next food drive donation opportunity in your area. Every can, box and dollar counts!
