Kinzler Corporation exists to build opportunity and wealth for employee-owners, and this year we made meaningful progress toward that mission.
From major acquisitions and geographic expansion to investments in leadership development, technology, and safety, 2025 was a year focused on building long-term value for our customers, our partners, and most importantly, our people.
Welcoming New Employee-Owners
One of the biggest milestones of 2025 was welcoming almost 400 new employee-owners into the Kinzler family through the acquisitions of:
- Leading Edge Insulation in Michigan
- Banker Insulation in Arizona and New Mexico
These partnerships expanded our footprint, strengthened our service offerings, and most importantly, brought hundreds of new team members into our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). Becoming employee-owners means every team member now shares in the success they help create something that sets Kinzler apart in the construction, insulation, and building services industries.
Expanding Our Installed Insulation Services
In 2025, we also launched a new installed-insulation branch in Omaha, Nebraska, building on WD Door’s strong presence in that market. This expansion allows us to better serve builders, contractors, and homeowners while continuing to grow our Midwest operations.
Strategic growth like this ensures we can meet customer demand while creating new career paths and leadership opportunities for our team members.
Major Wins for Our Blower Program Team
Our blower program division had an exceptional year, earning:
- A multi-year contract extension from our primary customer
- A new multi-year contract from another customer, expanding that division even further
These wins reflect the operational excellence, reliability, and customer trust our teams deliver every day.
Continuing to Raise the Bar on Safety
With more team members and more vehicles on the road than ever before, Kinzler continued to strengthen our industry-leading safety record in 2025.
Key safety investments included:
- Expanded PPE initiatives
- Ongoing safety and skills training
- Fleet-wide implementation of dash cameras
Protecting our people, our customers, and the communities we serve will always come first.
Investing in Technology
In 2025, our teams completed the initial phases of BIDSS 2.0, a vastly improved version of our internal systems platform. This investment in technology helps us:
- Operate more efficiently
- Scale smarter
- Support our branches and teams more effectively
- Deliver a better experience for customers and partners
Building Leaders from Within
Another major milestone was the completion of the first Breakthrough Co leadership development cohort. This program represents a long-term investment in:
- Growing leaders internally
- Strengthening our culture
- Creating clear career pathways for employee-owners
This marks an important evolutionary step for Kinzler as we continue building a company designed to thrive for generations.
The Small Things That Build
While the milestones matter, what truly defines Kinzler Corporation is how our employee-owners show up every day.
From taking an extra minute to clean a job site, to driving courteously, to doing the right thing when no one is watching, these “million little moments” are what build our reputation, strengthen our brand, and earn trust from customers and future partners.
That reputation is our real value.
Looking Ahead
2026 will bring new opportunities, continued growth, and new challenges, but we’re entering it with strong momentum, strong leadership, and a strong culture of ownership.
To our employee-owners, customers, partners, and communities: thank you for being part of our journey.
From all of us at Kinzler Corporation, we wish you a wonderful holiday season and an even better year ahead.
