Kinzler Corporation is thrilled to welcome Rachel Passage to our leadership team as a seasoned Human Resources professional bringing more than 20 years of diverse experience across industries, including third-party logistics (3PL) and legal services.
Throughout her career, Rachel held impactful roles such as Business Relationship Director and Vice President in the 3PL sector, and most recently served as Chief People Officer at a law firm with under 200 employees. Her expertise spans the full employee lifecycle — from culture and engagement to learning and development, organizational effectiveness, and beyond.
Known for being both strategic and hands-on, our newest Human Resources Director has built a reputation for aligning people strategies with business outcomes in meaningful, measurable ways.
