{"id":4629,"date":"2018-07-17T14:48:24","date_gmt":"2018-07-17T14:48:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/07p.ac4.myftpupload.com\/?p=4458"},"modified":"2026-02-09T22:47:48","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T22:47:48","slug":"home-insulation-for-female-veterans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kinzlercorp.com\/es\/2018\/07\/17\/home-insulation-for-female-veterans\/","title":{"rendered":"Kinzler Insulates House for Homeless Female Veterans"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kinzler Construction Services is proud to help create housing for Minneapolis, MN area veterans in need by installing insulation in a new homeless shelter free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>Each year, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mac-v.org\/\">Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV)<\/a>\u00a0receives more than 25,000 contacts, inquiries and requests from veterans across the state who are homeless or experiencing a crisis that could lead to homelessness.\u00a0Earlier this spring, MACV teamed up with Kinzler\u2019s building partner,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lennar.com\/new-homes\/minnesota\/minneapolis-st-paul\/promo\/minlen_lennar_supports_macv\">Lennar<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.batc.org\/second-home-for-macv-underway\/\">BATC Housing First Minnesota<\/a>, to break ground on a home that will house female veterans \u2013 a population that is in serious need.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re happy to be able to give back to the community where our team of local insulation installers live and work,\u201d says Kinzler Construction Services General Manager Rick Cobbs. \u201cWe\u2019re excited that this house will be able to provide temporary shelter for up to five women at a time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kinzler Construction Services partnered with insulation supplier\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jm.com\/\">Johns Manville<\/a>, donating material and time to install\u00a0batt insulation,\u00a0spray foam\u00a0around the rim joists and\u00a0blow-in insulation\u00a0in the attic.<\/p>\n<p>The five-bedroom home located in Maplewood, MN is scheduled to be completed in August.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kinzler Construction Services is proud to help create housing for Minneapolis, MN area veterans in need by installing insulation in a new homeless shelter free of charge.
