At the same time, the company was honored for exemplary support of National Guard and Reserve member employees.<\/p>\n<p>SFC Josh Dobbs, Kinzler\u2019s Eastern Iowa Operations Manager, serves with the 1st Battalion (Ironman), 133rd Infantry Regiment based out of Waterloo. CPT Craig Coder, the General Manager of Kinzler\u2019s eastern Iowa Distribution operations, serves with the 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0Battalion, 194<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0Field Artillery Regiment based out of Fort Dodge. Both soldiers received deployment orders for Operation Spartan Shield. Their primary mission will involve area security and force protection operations in 27 countries including Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, among others. Kinzler will hold jobs for both until they complete their National Guard duties.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Kinzler\u2019s Chief Operating Officer for Distribution, Brian Wulfekuhle, was named a Patriot Award recipient by the U.S. Department of Defense. The award, given by DOD\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.esgr.mil\/\">Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR)<\/a>, recognizes individuals who practice leadership and personnel policies that support employee participation in the Guard and Reserve. Wulfekuhle was nominated by CPT Craig Coder.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKinzler has helped me grow my career in the military,\u201d Coder said. \u201cIt\u2019s not easy to be able to have a successful military career and a successful civilian career, but Kinzler has allowed me to do both. I am grateful to work for a company which is flexible and supportive of me as I continue to serve our great country.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kinzler actively seeks out National Guard soldiers and people with prior military service and is a Home Base Iowa employer.
