Located in Ames, Ankeny, Cedar Rapids and Waterloo, IA as well as Fridley, MN and Tyler, TX, Kinzler Construction Services is a leading installer of insulation products and also distributes construction materials.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo reach a million safe man-hours without a loss time\u00a0injury is not only an outstanding achievement but a significant milestone for our organization,\u201d said Tanner Kinzler, President &amp; CEO. \u201cOur Team Member-Focused approach means we\u2019re a workplace where all people, programs, processes, and systems are focused on helping employees grow and advance their careers in a safe environment. The fact that we have achieved such a triumph over a prolonged period of time is not only remarkable, but exemplifies the consistent performance and dedication each of our employees puts forth every day on the job.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To commemorate the milestone, Kinzler Construction Services will donate more than $23,000 to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rmhdesmoines.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ronald McDonald House Charities<\/a>. Kinzler is partnering with\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hubbellrealty.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hubbell Realty Company<\/a>\u00a0and other trade partners and volunteers to work around the clock over the course of two weeks to build a brand new two-story house with 18 state-of-the-art rooms to provide a \u201chome away from home\u201d for families of seriously ill children receiving treatment in central Iowa hospitals.\u00a0Families can stay at little or no cost for as long as their need exists. Kinzler will install gypsum concrete underlayment and sound mat, as well as provide drywall and other construction supplies for the project.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen families are battling serious illness, keeping them together and near the care they need provides critical peace of mind,\u201d said Brenda Miller, the local charity\u2019s executive director. \u201d Locally, we had outgrown our aging facility. With the help of generous companies such as Hubbell and Kinzler, we are able to expand our important work serving families in need across Central Iowa.
