Stephanie Gott brings over 20 years of experience as a people-centered human resources executive, coach, and consultant. Her background spans multiple industries and disciplines, and she has consistently excelled at providing strategic guidance on human capital formation, engagement, and culture development. Stephanie will focus on Kinzler\u2019s holistic employee strategy, taking on key responsibilities such as: talent acquisition & retention, compensation & benefits, employee training & development, and safety compliance.<\/p>\n
